Good morning everyone. We hope that this will be the place you come to when you wake up early before you leave for work. The place you visit when you wake up late or just a place to meet and chat in between breaks from serious topics and discussions during your day.

Feel free to talk about your interesting news story finds, your funny stories, photos or a slice of your lives. This is your space, come here to relax and unload. We welcome you with open arms. Enjoy.

BTW this blog is open to one and all, not only the early risers.

Bearing in mind that weekends are a time for catching up with family matters and a long awaited extra hour or so under the warm bedcovers, your “Morning Blog” will run every morning from 5 am EST, even on weekends.  Drop in any time. Thanks a bunch.

Long time resident of Tokyo --- "Where is this woman I once knew so well? Memories fading or hurtling by like a howling wind at a speed I can't fathom or define. A star hangs like a teardrop from her eye, quivering but never falling. I search the empty corridors of my soul in hopes of catching just another glimpse of who she once presumed herself to be. Where is this woman who trod with such certainty, where is she now? I mourn her passing as another dawn breaks in my restless heart."

If anyone knows the track he’s listening to, seriously, it’s delicious – do tell.

…Yes, I have a weakness for club music. I’m not proud. 😳

Morning K. Perhaps the funniest faux campaign sign I’ve come across on the net.

People took it to the streets for Healthcare reform but the press did not cover it so did it really happen?

Seeing the people and signs was great though.

This was an interesting HCR campaign that was emailed to me from Health Care for America Now.

Good Morning, guys!

The quote of the day:

I simply would like to know, as an honest and balanced newsperson, when you are going to pull your Stalinist head out of your Leninist ass.

Morning, Cher!

I like that quote a lot as it shows Stewart’s clever mind.
